Sign Up: Account Manager

Signing up as an Account Manager means that you are creating and managing a LifeCourse profile for someone else.
If you are signing up to create and manage your LCO account, please sign up as an "Individual" instead, you can find these instructions using this link: Sign Up as an Individual

There are three steps to creating your LifeCourseOnline Account:


Steps to Create Your LifeCourseOnline Account:

  1. Set Up Log-in Information
  2. Create the Individual's Profile
  3. Enter the Organization Code or Billing Information

Set up Log-in Information

This step will setup your login account as the account manager who is supporting an individual with their profile creation. To begin complete the following steps:

  1. Visit https://app.lifecourseonline.com/en/signup/
  2. Choose Account Manager as your account type
  3. Enter YOUR email address. You will use this to log in and receive notifications. 
  4. Create a password for your login
  5. Review the privacy policy and check the box next to "I have read the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy" after reviewing both
  6. Click “Sign Up”


Create the individual's profile

Next, complete the Profile and Personal Information section for the person you are supporting:

  1. Enter the following details about the individual:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Date of Birth of the person being supported. Select a month and year from the drop-down windows. Make sure to enter the individual's date of birth and not yours
    • Click "Apply" to confirm the date
    • As an option, you can add a picture by clicking "Select file" and following the prompts.
  2. Enter the individual's address:
    • Street Name and Building Number
    • Apartment or Suite Number
    • City
    • Country
    • Postal Code
    • Phone Number
  3. Click “SAVE & CONTINUE”


*If you are unable to complete this section, you can log in with the login information entered in the previous step. This will take you to the Homepage, where you can select "Add profile" to continue the process.

Enter the Organization Code or billing information


After creating the profile, you will then be taken to the billing screen:

  1.  Enter an Organization Code or alternative payment information.
  2. Click “Submit Payment”

Congratulations, you have successfully created your LifeCourseOnline account!
